Your team's first real step toward AI adoption.
The AI knowledge sharing platform your team will actually use.
A shared feed where teammates post what they tried with AI, what worked, and what it saved them. The good stuff doesn't get buried, people earn points for sharing, and a weekly leaderboard keeps the feed alive.
One feed. Full picture.
Four lightweight pieces that fit together. No IT involvement, no lengthy setup.
Community feed
Teammates post the AI tool they used, the prompt, and the outcome. A shared knowledge base that builds itself.

Daily AI news
A short personalized digest for every team member, matched to their role and experience level.

Analytics & reporting
Top tools, adoption by team, hours saved. The one-pager you bring to the board.

AI workflows library
Every useful prompt and workflow in one searchable place — not buried in a Slack thread.

Everyone's experimenting. Nobody's sharing.
The issue isn't that your team isn't using AI. It's that each person is figuring it out alone — and every good discovery stays in a private chat window.
You already have a Slack channel for this. It's dead.
Someone posts once, gets two reactions, and the channel goes quiet. Without a persistent reason to share, good habits don't form — no matter how much leadership encourages it.
Great prompts disappear the moment they're typed
Someone saves an hour at 9am. By noon, nobody else knows it happened. Multiply that by every person, every day.
AI adoption is stuck at the "individual experiment" phase
Real adoption happens when the whole team learns together. That doesn't happen by accident — it needs a place and a nudge.
It's already happening — with or without a system.
of employees use AI tools their company hasn't approved — Gartner
extra breach cost when shadow AI is involved — IBM, 2025
of AI-breached orgs lacked proper access controls — IBM, 2025
Your team is already experimenting. Poleris doesn't replace that energy — it gives it a place to land.
We built this because we had exactly this problem.
We're an AI design and development agency
Everyone using AI every day — different tools, different workflows, different levels of experience. We knew our team was saving hours with AI. We just had no idea how, or who was doing what, or whether anyone else could benefit from it.
We tried the obvious things first
A Slack channel. A shared Notion doc. A standing agenda item in the weekly call. Nothing stuck. People were busy, the moment to share passed, and the channel quietly stopped moving. Sound familiar?
So we built something simple for ourselves
A feed where you post what you tried, what prompt you used, and what it saved you — with a small points system to make it feel worth doing. Within a few weeks, people were discovering each other's shortcuts. Someone's workflow became everyone's workflow.
Then our partners and friends asked to use it
We showed it to a few clients and collaborators. They wanted it too. Then their contacts did. We realized the problem wasn't just ours — it's everywhere teams are using AI but haven't made it a shared habit yet. So we opened it up.
Poleris is still early. We're learning from every team that uses it — which is exactly why it's free right now. If you try it, we'd genuinely love to hear what you think.
A small points system goes a long way.
Sharing is easy to skip. Points and a weekly leaderboard give people a lightweight, real reason to post — and that consistency is what turns a feed into a knowledge base.
Slack is where good ideas go to get buried.
A dedicated channel sounds great until nobody posts in it. Poleris is built specifically for this — structured posts, search, a points system, one-click workflows from the best ideas, and a feed that doesn't compete with everything else in your notifications.
- Posts get buried immediately
- No reason to post consistently
- Not searchable by tool or outcome
- No visibility for leadership
- Goes quiet after week two
- Structured feed, best posts stay visible
- Points and leaderboard keep people posting
- Searchable by tool, use case, and outcome
- Turn any great post into a reusable workflow in one click
- Analytics dashboard for leadership
- Built to sustain itself over time
Built for teams at the beginning of their AI journey.
For everyone who knows their team is using AI, but hasn't yet made it visible, shared, or measurable. Size doesn't matter — what matters is turning scattered, individual experiments into a habit the whole team shares.

L&D / HR Leaders
Let the team teach each other. No new courses needed — what's working is already inside the organization.

Middle Managers

Innovation Leads
The best practice you're looking for already exists inside your team. Surface it before it disappears.

Sign up and invite your team
Create your workspace, add your team by email, pick any custom news sources. No IT ticket needed.
Team members start posting
They share the AI tool they used, the prompt, and what it saved — and earn points for it. Comments and upvotes keep the best ones visible.
You measure, report, and improve
Your dashboard shows who's active, which tools are leading, and how many hours the team is saving. When leadership asks, you have the answer.
See exactly how your team uses AI — straight from the source.
No surveys, no manual tracking. The analytics builds itself from what your team actually shares: top tools, active departments, hours saved. When leadership asks about AI adoption, you have real data — not a gut feeling.

Quick answers.
Under 5 minutes. Invite your team, pick your sources, and the feed is live.
Nothing. It runs in the browser. No downloads, no app, no IT involvement.
Not at all. A 3-person team gets value from day one. What matters isn't size — it's whether your team is using AI but not yet sharing or tracking it.
Team members post which AI tool they used, the prompt, and what it saved them. Others can comment, upvote, and build on it. It becomes a living playbook for your whole team.
It's honest, not perfect. The value is in the shared knowledge and the habit of sharing — the analytics gives you something real to show leadership, not a precise audit.
Yes. Your workspace is fully isolated — no other organization can see your team's posts or data. GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted.
We're in an early phase and learning from real teams. Feedback is more valuable to us right now than revenue. When that changes, we'll give plenty of notice.
See it in 30 minutes.
We'll walk you through the community feed, the points system, and the leadership dashboard — live, no slides. Free to start, and we'd love to hear what you think.
