These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the Poleris platform (hereinafter: "Service"). By registering for and using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of the Service
Poleris is an enterprise AI knowledge platform that creates personalized, AI-curated news summaries, provides knowledge assessment quizzes, and enables structured collection of team ideas. The platform's purpose is to help organizations stay up-to-date in the field of artificial intelligence.
3. Registration and User Accounts
Registration is required to use the Service. Registration may occur through a direct invitation or by an organizational administrator. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
4. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Any misuse of the Service is prohibited, including but not limited to: circumventing the system's security measures, unauthorized access to other users' data, automated mass querying of the Service, and any activity that infringes upon the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and quizzes based on external news sources. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or any other form of advice. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
The Poleris platform, including its interface, code, design, and operational logic, is the intellectual property of BRTH Kft. Ideas and thoughts generated by users remain the property of the user or their organization. By using the platform, the user does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider provides the Service on an "as is" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service. The Service Provider's liability to the user is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of intentional damage or gross negligence.
8. Modification and Termination of Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue the Service at any time. Users will be notified in advance of material changes. The user may delete their account at any time, in which case their personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms amicably. In the event of failure, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Győr, Hungary.
